Second Earls Court Date Added

on April 5, 2006 @ 10:21

Tickets will be made available to the public this Thursday 6th April at 9.00 am via Ticketmaster - www.ticketmaster.co.uk

To ensure that members of the Iron Maiden fan club are able to access the best tickets for this second night at Earls Court, special arrangements have been made with Ticketmaster to reserve adequate standing and best seated tickets for fan club members. These ring-fenced tickets can only be accessed on line with use of a unique code. This privileged access is available to existing members of the online fan club and will be available until 10pm on Sunday 9th April. If you are an IMOC member, please log in to your account and check the site for more information.

Reaction to the tour has been overwhelming with many of the shows selling out within hours of them going on sale, including a third extra date added in Stockholm as well as other additional shows across the Europe.

This extra Earls Court show will be the last date on the European Leg of the bands new album tour before they head out in the New Year for selected dates around the World.

The as yet untitled album is currently being recorded and will be released prior to the tour later in 2006.

Says Steve Harris,' The recording is going brilliantly so far and we're all very excited about the new album and how it's sounding. The news that the tour is selling out all over the place so many months in advance is just great and playing two nights at Earls Court right before Christmas means it will be a great party for everyone!'

US based Trivium, who will play on almost the whole European Tour with Maiden, will be special guests.
