Nicko McBrain To Face Third-Degree Assault Charges

on October 10, 2003 @ 12:41

IRON MAIDEN drummer Michael "Nicko" McBrain will appear in Hempstead District Court in New York next month to face third-degree assault charges. On Tuesday (October 7), a judge set a November 7 date for the case, which involves McBrain intentionally running his car into a parking-lot attendant before an IRON MAIDEN show in July.

Thats a good question. Will they have to cancel the show on that day or will he be able to fly straight out from the hearing?
