Nobody's broadcasting Download live

on May 31, 2003 @ 01:14

According to Iron Maiden official website, nobody's broadcasting Download Festival live, but your best bet for Donington action has to be BBC 6Music. Bruce Dickinson's weekly rock show will be coming from the Download Festival carrying interviews from an assortment of bands for the first couple of hours, with Bruce coming on to host the final bit, fresh off-stage from the Maiden gig.

There are 5 ways to listen to 6Music (in the UK anyway):

1. Via DAB digital radio
2. Via the Internet
3. Via digital satellite television on channel 907
4. Via digital cable television on Telewest channel number 909 and on NTL channel number 865.
5. Via Freeview on channel 77

The Bruce Dickinson Rock Show is on air from 9pm to midnight, GMT.

btw, no songs from Donington were broadcast.

NOTB contained the line 'And I'll make Rio fuckin' burn!' and RTTH had Bruce saying 'Goodnight, Rio' at the end.
