I've never had the chance to check the magazine, but it would be nice to have such a coverage once. I mean, Blabbermouth, Bravewords and others are checking the news... plus, it seems, the IM.com team (just look at the dates of their own news to see that we sometimes warn them of something new biggrin.gif )

Anyway, Shadow and I will try our best to keep up with the pace, even if now, with no tour and no releases directly in sight after NML, things will surely slow down a bit...

Cheers

I seriously doubt the official site gets news from Maidenfans, at least not major news, because IM.com gets news straight from Sanctuary, who seems to be quite slow with the updates wink.gif

They must recieve their news directly from the management, indeed. But lately, they've been slow and seemed to react on some news only after we had put them up.

The most striking example is the announcement of the winners of the KEF competition. When I had put the news here, the winners were already announced on KEF's website for more than a week and IM.com was still mute. Only days and days later they realized the delay ...maybe by checking Maidenfans biggrin.gif

Other example: they suddenly start to announce that Maiden is winner of many readers' polls, a headline we were already running.

One more: we announced the apperance of NML on Kerrang TV and days after, they had the same headline.

Ok, ok, it might not be by reading us directly, but we're creating some buzz wink.gif

Cheers

Yeah, that's true but when it comes to the real Iron Maiden news (tracklists, artworks, tour dates) we take news from IM.com wink.gif

Anyway, the Maidenfans News Team makes the site the best updated Maiden site on the net. Nowadays we even give Blabbermouth most of their Maiden news biggrin.gif
