Thanks to Chris, a very informative member of the Swiss Maiden BB, Maidenfans can now reveal why the famous Iron Maiden Companion Book wasn't included in the Eddie's Archives, as planned at a early stage.Marco Gamba, writer and publisher, told him that the reasons for abandonning the idea were weight and US shipping costs.
