Iron Maiden Rip Up Ireland

on February 23, 2005 @ 15:08

Iron Maiden is set to play Dublin, Ireland, on August 31.

It would seem that July 9 was the closing date of the European part of the tour and that the end of August could carry the UK & Ireland part, with Maiden rumored to appear at the Leeds/Reading festivals.

The Irish show will happen at the RDS Arena (Ballsbridge, Dublin 4) and will feature Marilyn Manson as the second band on the bill. The other bands will be announced in the future.

Price is 65 Euros fpr the general admission (including 5 euro booking fee).

Tickets are available from all Ticketmaster outlets
General Credit Card Booking lines:
Ireland 0818 719300
UK 0870 243 4455
International +353 1 4-569-569
and Ticketmaster.ie

RTE.ie adds that the set will follow the lines of the ones used in their first four tours and will feature songs that have been rarely played in the past.

When will Maiden be playing Ozzfest if they would only have about 6 weeks in between the Gothenburg and Dublin shows?
