Iron Maiden Will Only Play One Hour at Ozzfest
Bruce Dickinson confirmed last night what many feared.On his BBC6 Rock Show, the Iron Maiden frontman stated that the legendary band would play an one hour set on Ozzfest.
It is not very surprising when one considers the numbers of bands to appear on the main stage and that Maiden isn't the last band on the bill. Still, it comes as a disappointment for many US fans, even if Bruce promised that it would be an "intense headbutting by 40 year old men".

This is pretty strange... There seems to be only 5 acts on the main stage (6 last year) with one band still TBA (Reunited Anthrax is highly rumoured for this slot). So if Judas Priest got 75 mins last year, Maiden can even get 90 mins this time (or maybe more?). I don't know why they would do only 60 mins set? That's really weird...
Well... when he said it he was in a jokey mood, but still. Oh well, I'm not going anyway! 
Oh well... atleast we get 10-12 songs.

I was expecting a short set, so I am not shocked in the least. That is way I am going to go to attend three Ozzfests this year 
I can imagine this will rip up some angrines from some people.
i thought about this again and again, how can anybody imagine ONE band playing after Maiden when everyones heading for home.. yesterday i watched BS from one show and it was poooor.

I didnt care to be honest, i'm not American.
Bruce said "I think were only doing an hour". I think he could mean one hour + encores = 75 minutes (around one hour). He may have given an estimate, who really knows. ???
