During the Italian date of the show, Bruce had a fun mishap for he shouted 'Drifter' at the beginning of 'Running Free'. This was maybe the only minor problem during a set that many loved.

When I arrived at 2 a.m. the stadium was extra full, much more than last year..it was incredible how many people was there to see Maiden! I saw the show from slayer to iron maiden in the first lines....it was absolute crazy... during slayer's show the crowd was very hot....but when the intro of ideas march start the stadium exploded .....every single person -even those on the back- screamed the notes of all songs, from the beginning to the end of the show, it was amazing! Sound was perfect, Bruce's voice and the rest of the band was at the best ... the highlits of the show were a lot..too much..all the show! my favourite were Prowler, Were eagles Dare, remeber tomorrow - Bruce introduced it saying that the first time he singed that song was in Bologna, about 20 years ago- and running free, introduced by Bruce as Drifter! . The only strange facts were that the number of the beast intro was speaked by Bruce but when he arrived at the middle of the intro, started the original one and there was no pyro at all and no devil girls during the number
During Iron Maiden they used the give me Ed Eddie, a little modified 'cause the colors and movement were different. In Drifter there was the Ed Hunter tour Eddie, with a straight jacket. They were all great, but I preferred to see the original Eddie, unfortunately I undestood before the show that I didn't saw it because there was the brain on the top of the stage when they build the stage set.
I told this details for you, but I think that I've seen one of the best Maiden concert, it seems to be back in time.
Next day I saw my favourite bands Megadeth and Anthrax with Joey Belladonna.. what a show! I was surprised from Joey, he was on the top and the crowd was in his hands! In this second day there was less people than the first day......the headliner was Motley Crue...they doesn't stand comparison with Maiden... at the end, Iron Maiden was the best!!

21.30 PM: Ides of March throught the system and the Maiden gig started.
it was better than RAR IMO,Bruce was in top form not as usual: he singed like an alien!!!!!! He proved that he is the fucking best singer in the Whole world!
the band did really good too, except a few errors:after phantom, nicko started giving tempo for hallowed, just before the speech intro to NOTB!!
so bruce stopped him and did the speech, with the recorded speech in the background and NOTB started.
After a few songs, Bruce screamed: DRIFTEEERRRRRRR!!!!
and the band started playng running free: Bruce said "oh I fucked it!"
after runnind free sayd "this is drifter......yeah it must be right"!!!
My brother was with me, it was his first time at a festival, first maiden gig and motley crue too!He gone crazy as hell!!!
no ladies doring NOTB and no fireworks.
after all, I give Iron Maiden 9.5/10!fuckin' amazin'!!!! best IM gig I've seen!
after the gig we had some Jack Daniel's and everyone goes in his tent to sleep.

Is someone knows where i can find a review and some pictures of the concert of Mötley Crüe??
