UPDATE: Ironmaiden.com has now made the videos available to all. You can see it in Real Media here and in Windows Media Player here. Demand is high so the server is slow. There are a few "alternative links" in the comments but how long they will stay active is anyones guess.

I think thats a certainty to be honest. While this whole IMOC thing is a nice idea it sadly doesn't provide to much value when articles and videos are posted around the rest of the net within hours

There'll always be some who are disappointed. For me personally, my slight doubts about the new album are dispelled. I loved the song from the first time I heard it which speaks a lot.
Im really sorry to say i agree with the guy who posted at 4:23. I love maiden to bits, ive been a fan of theres since i was 10 years old, and for me the last two albums have just blown me away. But this is the first time i think i've ever been dissapointed by them. I really am not convinced by this song at all. It almost seems somewhat improvised, but not in a good way.
The vocals are a good performance, at times, but there as a couple of weird things he does, and im sorry i find the riffs are very repetitive, theres not much there. Its not like say ghost of the navigator where its quite varied, its more of an i dunno, LOTLDR which is ok, but not exactly a classic. Just hope the albums as much as we've been promised.
Still glad i bought the tickets to see'm live, and yea, just hope im wrong about the album. ~

Sorry but I have to say. That was f*ckin great. Thats the first Maiden sing in a long time that actually gave me chills. I truely hope that after hearing this song about a dozen times I won't change my mind. The last 3 albums did NOTHING for me so my faith has been restored for now!

I have to say that I like this sound much more than Dance of Death, although I really liked the album anyway. So I guess it's all about taste and expectations. I think I'll get the album I've been promised, as you put it. I hope it'll be the same for you.
The video is a combination of Wasted Years and Flight of Icarus with looking back at their ``golden years'' and the multiple images as the video is quite boring. The song is slow and could be classified as more of rock then metal and the solos in the song are weak. I just hope this is the only weak song on the album or there`s going be alot of dissapointed Maiden fans.

It's a good song. But i expected much more.
I don't know what some of you so called maiden fans are thinking. This track is light years ahead of anything they have released since seventh son ( Paschendale and Sign of the Cross excepted ) Instead of complaining about how they release the same old stuff, we should embrace this new track as a refreshing step in the right direction. Except for the intro/outro, this is a quality tune. Love Bruces singing , awsome heavy riff in short very exciting stuff. Lets hope the rest of the album is up to the same standard. I must say, for maiden to put out this type of tune this late in their careers speaks volumes. Love it. UP THE IRONS
Listen to them triplets... Nicko's just itching to get another Dream of Mirrors in there, I can tell. As for the song itself, it could be a bit more... Technical... I don't know, it's good, but I'm reminded of like Metallica or something when the heavier stuff comes in. It's just heavier than other Maiden stuff. Oh well, still quite good. Still Maiden! Looking forward to getting the new album as a whole, though- singles mean nothing.

Third album into Bruces return.... They are getting better and better on the lead single....Like the video compilation, nice mixture and it changes evenly, rather than RIR etc.... This is the MAIDEN album I think we have all been waiting for since 7th of a 7th... Cant fucking wait.....

The sound reminds me of "Fear Of The Dark" album. After watching it some 20 times, the song kicks ass, but I don't like the video. Can't wait to get the whole album.
It might have a similar sound as fear of the dark, but nothing on that album is as heavy or tight as this track. I know some of you wanted something a little more technical, but that's not what this track is about. A killer heavy riff, with Bruce at his best, not growling or trying to sing an octave or two higher than he can anymore. I love this track, the boys are really in a groove and focusing on quality

A very good track and a great video ! But, where's the Led Zeppelin riff !??! Another questionable review by Kerrang...the same magazine who gave Brave New World 5 K and Piece Of Minf 4 K ! ;-) The slow part at the end is totally useless.
Every time i lesten to the song grows even more in me! I think it's brilliant. It's Heavy, it's Riffy, IT'S ABSOLUTELY ITON MAIDEN!!

EXTREMELY surprised by some of the negative reaction to this song. If some 'fans' are expecting Run to the Hills rehashes 24 years on they are sadly missing the point. This track is everything I could want from modern maiden, huge riff, progressive structure and great vocals!! This album is going to be something special.

It's very good,it's very maiden,it's a powerfull song, i like it.Bruce is excellent as ever.The video reminds me a bit of Flight Of Icarus(filmed in the studio),and a bit of Wasted Years(retrospective,which is so cool).Great! Iron Maiden gonna get you!

First of all,BNW was the album that should hace came after SSOASS, second , this song does not give me that feel I got when i first heard Bruce's voice sounds good and the solos are respectable the song never kicks into gear eg.Hallowed be thy name, hopefully the rest of the album is better as i did not particularly care for DOD with the exception of Paschendale. Did love Accident of Birth and Chemical wedding, Tyranny was quite respectable.
this song does not give me that feel that I got when i first heard The Wickerman which was like "wow, maiden is back". Anyone agree? disagree?

Listened about ten times and concluded this is brilliant. The brooding heaviness is un-Maidenlike and overall the feel is very experimental but I think this is very, very good. More excited about getting my hands on the rest of the album than ever!
And awesome video performances by Bruce, Steve and Nicko. Bruce's lip synch is so spot on, I wonder if this is a video of the actual take they use for the song?
I like the video overall too. It feels very grown up.
