It could be from the same company who have done the 12 Wasted Years & LAD dvd's maybe??? If it was official, there would have been something on the official site (or here!) seeing as they made such a big thing about RIR!

i have both lad and 12 wasted on dvd aND BOTH are very good quality,i await donington+me!! on dvd by the same company!
How many live DVD's do maiden have out coz i always look out for them but i have never seen any with the exception of Rock In Rio
