A Blistering 2 Hour Set, Says Knac.com
Knac.com reviews the Jan, 20 Montreal Maiden gig:"Once again Iron Maiden showed that they are one of the greatest live bands in the world, with a blistering 2 hour set. One of the highlights of the show was the performance of "Paschendale," featuring a wartime backdrop, complete with barbed wire and dead soldiers as set pieces, and Bruce Dickinson decked out in a WWI uniform."

Iron Maiden Live at the Bell Center in Montreal, Canada on January 20th, 2004
REVIEW BY: cactusoly
Iron Maiden played the Bell Center again on the ‘Dance of Death’ tour on January 20th, just 5 months after the ‘Give Me ‘Ed Till I'm Dead’ Tour in August. If rumors are true, this tour may be the last time to see Maiden in North America with a huge production. It is too bad they are only hitting a handful of cities in the United States and Canada.
Once again Iron Maiden showed that they are one of the greatest live bands in the world, with a blistering 2 hour set. One of the highlights of the show was the performance of "Paschendale," featuring a wartime backdrop, complete with barbed wire and dead soldiers as set pieces, and Bruce Dickinson decked out in a WWI uniform. They also pulled out "Lord Of The Flies," which once again shows that the band has not discredited the Blayze era. Another surprise was "Can I Play With Madness," which I don't believe they played since the ‘7th Son’ tour. Of course the mandatory staples like "Wrathchild" and "Run To The Hills" were there, too. Eddie made his obligatory appearances during "Iron Maiden" and Number of the Beast."
If you are anywhere near one of the cities where Iron Maiden is playing this year, you must go and see this great show. As I stated earlier, this may be you last chance to see Iron Maiden the way they are meant to be seen.
