13 Years Later, Maiden Rips Up Iceland Again !

Finally, a new date has been announced by Maiden ...and a quite unusual one for the band if you look at past tours ! Icelanders can thank both Maiden and Bruce, for it's possible that his constant trips in the country as a professional pilot influenced the choice.

It's only the second time a Maiden tour stops in the island, after a first show during the Fear of the Dark Tour on June 5, 1992 !

So, 13 years later, on June 7 2005, Iron Maiden will play the Egilshollin in Reykjavik as part of their Eddie Rips Up the World Tour.

RR, the promoter, adds that *Eddie will rip up Iceland when the legendary Iron Maiden will be playing in Egilshollin arena next summer. This will be a full size concert and Iron Maiden will be bringing in the full show - an Eddie Monster and all the other item that make the Iron Maiden concerts such great shows.
