Bruce Talks about DVD and Album

on June 17, 2005 @ 22:38

The brazilian magazine Rock Brigade ran a Bruce interview in its June issue.

Bruce talks about his forthcoming DVD, saying it will be a double one to be released at the end of 2005. It will include 30 promo videos, the Skunkwork live video and his past video release, Dive!Dive!Dive!. It will also feature a documentary with him talking about all these videos, plus a bootleg video with 'The Chemical Wedding' line-up in South America.

He also offers some information about the songs included in his last solo effort 'Tyranny of Souls'. 'Believil', 'Tyranny of Souls', 'Broken' and 'Silver Wings' were written in 2001 but he didn't find a connection between those songs and decided not to write a full album back then. Interestingly, 'Believil' and 'Tyranny of Souls' were written for the Trinity project, the failed concept that should have included Bruce, Geoff Tate and Rob Halford (called the Three Tremors).

I think that not because I speak about the show in Sao Paulo that was edited as the live album called "Scream for me Brazil", it was a part of the Chemical Wedding tour. Probably you speak about a show of "Accident of Birth" tour, you have it??? cheers
