New Single Best in Euro Chart for Years

The Number of the Beast single has entered the official euro chart at 7. There are hopes for the single to stay another week in top 10 as the first week only takes into acount UK, Irish, Swiss and French charts positions.

This is Maiden's best position since Man on the Edge on No. 7 (1995) and Holy Smoke on No. 6 (1990).

Here you can see that Maiden Management is really good. A great strategy, that they release the singles step by step in fixed countries. This way they stay on the top for longer and will gain more publicity.

The same great strategy they are following with anouncing the Tourdates. They start up with Paris and when it is nearly sold out, they publish the UK dates.
