yes I think it's fake too - got suspicious about the title being "tyranny of souls" and not "A Tyranny Of Souls"

Its fake. The image is of a spawn figure apparently. If you are in the UK, you can look on the teletext to find out about the cover on channel 4 page . It says the cover will be a painting of Helll by a 15th century painter called Hans Hemling which could be this one (thanks to GhostofCain):

It could be that, although Hemling also depicted hell in his Last Judgement tryptich:

Which page of the Teletext was this featured on ? It's interesting that only a Channel 4 teletext page would feature that kind of information.
