Album Release Brought Forward?

Despite previous reports from EMI that the new album "A Matter of Life & Death" would hit Europe on the 4th September 2006 and a US release on 5th September 2006, various internet sources are claiming that the latest release dates are Australia 26th August, Europe 28th August, USA 29th August. Many of these sources claim Iron Maiden have confirmed this information but IronMaiden.com does not yet show the release date. In fact, the only release date information they DO give is "Following the announcement of the forthcoming early September release of their new studio album A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH, Iron Maiden reveal their front cover artwork!...". As far as we know, September is still the release date. If anyone can cite an official source that says otherwise then dont believe what these other news sites are telling you.
