Maiden US Sales Are Better than Previous Albums
According to Hits Daily Double [...] Iron Maiden's "A Matter of Life and Death" is on track to sell about 60,000 copies in its first week of release — significantly more than the 40,000 first-week tally registered by its predecessor, 2003's "Dance of Death" (which landed at No. 18 on The Billboard 200 chart), and that of "Brave New World", which moved 38,000 copies in June 2000 to land at No. 39 on The Billboard 200 chart.4 Comments
Excellent. I'll buy two more copies myself :)
really impressive that Brave New World started lower than Dance of Death, because, as of 12.oct.2005 the overall sales in US were: DOD -99,934 and BNW -267,137____no5
