Trivium: "We're Honoured to Tour with Iron Maiden"
As previously reported, Iron Maiden will be starting their 2006 world tour in November in Scandinavia. The supporting act on the Scandinavian dates will be Trivium. Frontman Matt Heafy has posted the following message at the band's official website regarding the announcement:
"Trivium is extremely honored to be given the opportunity to tour with the legendary Iron Maiden - arguably the greatest Metal band of all time. Maiden has influenced many bands, including Trivium, with their music - a mix of sheer power and melody, and also with their amazing stage productions. A few words to express our band's mutual reaction... "Holy fuck, were touring with Iron Maiden!!!!"
