Big Names Interested in Ostrava Support Slot

According to Czech radio station "Hey", their search for a young band/talent to become the support act for the Maiden gig at the Bazaly Stadium (capacity 30,000 approx.) in Ostrava, Czech Republic has received a strong response from bands all over the world, including big names such as:
Saxon
Nightwish
Machine Men
Burden Of Life
Nocturnal Rites
SuidAkrA
Ensiferum
Firewind
Liv Kristine
Leaves' Eyes
and many many more.

Interestingly for once there seem to be bands more fitting to support Maiden compared to the whole nu metal wave as of late. Not that I'd be able to see it, but I'm really curious as to the final outcome...
