Report: Iron Maiden to Perform in Bangalore This Weekend
And what’s an Iron Maiden show without the group’s most popular employee, Eddie.Well Eddie has evolved over the last 25 years from being just a head to a full-grown being, and one wonders how grotesque Eddie will be in Bangalore.
Iron Maiden latest album - A Matter Of Life And Death - is at number 2 on the charts in India, and it's no surprise that the show has been sold out and that fans are flying in from across the sub-continent.
Mirshad and his friends have flown in from Sri Lanka just for the concert. They have spent most of their savings and some of them have even sold their guitars.
"All we want is the front row space, right under the nose of Bruce Dickenson," said Mirshad.
The show will be opened by three performances, international act LAUREN HARRIS who had been traveling with Iron Maiden in this tour, India's own PARIKARMA and campus rock winners FTN.
Clearly, Bangalore’s music fans have never had it this good.
(Note: The above mentioned show takes place tomorrow, March 17th at Bangalore Palace in Bangalore, India)
