Clive Aid to Organize the Last Ever Show at Ruskin Arms
From CliveAid. com:
"It is with a great deal of sadness that to 'progess' London's dwindling housing stock that the legendary Ruskin Arms is to close for good. The Ruskin became famous as the 'home' of the fledgling Iron Maiden and has even given a stage to countless bands and even the mighty Status Quo.
To make sure this classic venue gets the send off it deserves, Clive Aid have been asked to organise their last ever gigs. Clear your diaries for Friday and Saturday 14/15th November 2008.
The line up is shaping up nicely and will contain some of the greatest British NWOBHM bands to have lived with the addition of some very cool new bands.
More news on line up and tickets will appear here very soon.
The show will mark the end of an era, be there!"
