Bruce traces William Blake’s influence on his music and comics
William Blake's paintings and poetry have followed Bruce Dickinson from a childhood album cover to The Chemical Wedding and The Mandrake Project. In an Orange County Register interview, Bruce recalls discovering Blake's Nebuchadnezzar through Atomic Rooster's Death Walks Behind You. He also confirms that soil from Blake's grave went into ink for a comic edition, but says someone from management collected it, not him. The interview discusses songs planned for the solo tour.
