EDWARD THE GREAT
Alongside the release of 'Eddie's Archive' is a compilation of Maiden's
Greatest Hits entitled 'Edward The Great' . This single CD contains 16
tracks of the band's highest UK charting singles. The compilation is an
introduction to the world of Iron Maiden for new generations who have heard
the likes of SUM 41, Papa Roach, Marylin Manson and Incubus citing Iron
Maiden as a major influence on their early musical history. It is also a
reminder to the older generation who just got lost along the way!
Either way it's purpose is to spread the word that Maiden have been, and
always will be a force to be reckoned with.
Many of you already have Best Of The Beast (which has now be officially
deleted) and already have the albums but we know many of you collect the
artwork so we will make the cover artwork for Edward The Great available on
the website for you to download on the week of release.
We will be teasing you with the new original artwork from artist Tom Adams by slowly revealing it on the website over the next few days bit by bit.
