Iron Maiden official web site has a proper professional picture of the inside, and some rather less professional ones snapped on the office floor of the casket:

Also, the web site reported that the casket will be selling for around £75. The catalogue number for ordering:

C6K 86907 for the USA (on Columbia)
541 2772 for the rest of the world (on EMI)
