23 Sept - Dundee West Port Bar
24 Sept - Glasgow King Tut's
25 Sept - Newcastle University
26 Sept - Manchester Hop and Grape
27 Sept - Southhampton Joiners
28 Sept - Milton Keynes Zaks
29 Sept - Cardiff Barfly
30 Sept - London Astoria

Tour rehearsals or something. They often do secret gigs before they do a world tour or a festival. Before Donington '88 they did a gig at Queen Mary's College as Charlotte & The Harlots. They've done loads over the years. There's a list of their secret gig names on the Bring Your Daughter... cover.

Secondly, Maiden have never and will never do 9 gigs in 9 days.

Spot on mate. Other things too - Bruce is busy with his solo stuff, and Nicko is touring with his wifes band until Sep when writing for the new Maiden album starts.
This sort of stuff reminds me of the time when 'The Majesty Of Gaia' was announced
