The last tracks...

It's amazing what you learn when you are surrounded by professional musicians, talk about a learning curve. We now understand that drumming is essentially a rhythmical thing - inspiring! Nicko shared some of his golfing anecdotes with the Brew - worrying! But all joking aside the boys are firing like straight six and possibly cracked it with the first take of the day. We've seen the future and it is the same as the present, only longer - Shine on you crazy diamonds! Da Brew.
The Brew have told it like it is. We tracked another new song yesterday, and as these are the last tracks for the album, the guys don't know them quite as well as some of the earlier ones! So, they rehearsed a bit, and then we cut a track, and it felt great, but there were a few mistakes all over the place - so we cut another four takes, but nothing had the innocence of the first take, and they were all sounding as bombastic as an Aerosmith power ballad, so we took a break and will try again - but at least we've one fantastic take which will need some minor repairs here and there. So, I'm on my way into the studio, and I'm sure we'll have this song done by early evening. Cheers,
Caveman
