Yet another recording update

on January 15, 2003 @ 23:03

Taken from Kevin 'Caveman' Shirley's website (www.cavemanproductions.com):

Wed 15th - Engineers Log!
"Day of the Solos": Redux. As the rest of the world goes to hell in a hotrod all is well in our secret underground recording complex. Officially a Ricin free zone. Nicko is a no show and Bruce comes in just long enough to give a short talk on stealth aircraft. That man knows his stuff! Just to clear up any rumors on the internet about how this album is being recorded, one mic for everybody may sound like a groovy idea but the result would sound like a train wreck in a bowling alley. This is a recording studio not Neil Young's barn. The Brew.

Cheeky monkeys The Brew, wouldn't you say! You can e-mail them your bribes and Maiden questions at TheBrewIM@aol.com

Cheers

Metal Hammer finally gets to see the diaries... However, they publish only the Jan, 13 one. It starts with:

"Iron Maiden are currently working on their follow-up to 00's 'Brave New World' and are busy in an undisclosed London studio with producer Kevin Shirley."

Take a look:http://www.metalhammer.co.uk/article.asp?I...D=6866&type=NWS
