Andy Taylor: chairman, Sanctuary Group
After organising university events at Trinity College, Cambridge, Taylor founded Sanctuary Records in 1976, first signing Iron Maiden. As well as making it the UK's largest independent label, he has also created a successful publishing arm and a management company that lists Beyoncé among its stars.
