Bruce Dickinson Solo Album Details Revealed?
Posted at the Scream For Me forum:
*Close insiders in the circle of Roy Z, revealed some news, that could be officialy published very soon.
Roy Z and Bruce Dickinson wrote another album, and the recording sessions are already full running. The exact release date was not said, but should be before September.
The album is mostly based on Apocalyptic theme's from Ancient English literature.
Album Name: New Atlantis Tracklist:
1 Lathe of Heaven 2 The Wasteland 3 Scarefire 4 Emperor of the East 5 Paradise Regained 6 Galapagos 7 The Fair Beggar 8 Storm 9 New Atlantis 10 Seafarer
As Roy Z already stated in an interview, this album will complete the Accident of Birth & Chemical Wedding Trilogy. Adrian Smith will not be participating on the album. All guitar parts where done by Roy Z, and when they are gonna tour in autumn, probably a guest-guitarist will join in.*
As there's no creditable source, I think this should be kept as a rumour.

Also, if the recording had already begun, it would clearly have leaked somewhere. Anyway, it's an interesting rumour, and as you said we can just wait and see if it's true.
Cheers!
This comes from an interview you can find in many places on the net (it's a Q&A from Roy Z, but I can't remember the original source):
"**Is there a chance for you and Bruce to do another record, if so what would it sound like?**
Bruce and I have written and demoed 6-8 new songs. I hope we have a chance to finish the Trilogy that I have always invisioned us doing. The new material borrows from both Accident of Birth and The chemical wedding but It also has some new and fresh experimental ideas that really work with Bruce's voice. I think fans would go apeshit if this record ever gets done and released."
Cheers
I guess he is talking of a trilogy because he is poducing the three albums , not because of the contents .
1 Lathe of Heaven
3 Scarefire
6 Galapagos
7 The Fair Beggar
10 Seafarer
but some song titles are really cool
And Necrokerb! You're right... those songs looks very good..
I still remember the whole "Majesty Of Gaia" thingy.

But hard to believe it, since Roy Z is currently producing an album for Judas Priest. Could he make the two at the same time ?
For those who want proof:
"23rd March 2004 (...) The band are working with the producer ROY Z on the new record and things are going really really well!" from JudasPriest.com
Cheers
