Maiden to Play in Italy Next Summer

on November 19, 2004 @ 12:04

AirRaidSyren of the Maidenfans BB has posted a small interview with Nicko McBrain, done before his drum clinic in in Italy with Anthenora yesterday. The complete report, which includes a small review of the show and the setlist, can be found in our Maiden Chat, but a few pieces out of it are very interesting as news, and can be read below:

- More tour dates are to be announced in the coming weeks, and Maiden are confirmed to play in Italy next year.

- Plausible songs for the setlist: Nicko said that Where Eagles Dare, Prowler, 22 Acacia Avenue, The Prisoner, Phantom of the Opera and maybe Drifter probably would be played, but that they're not fully agreed yet. He also said that To Tame A Land would be an idea and that Run To The Hills most likely wouldn't be played, as Nicko's bored of playing it.

Many thanks to AirRaidSyren for posting this
