Nicko McBrain's New Court Date
Apparently Nicko McBrain is going to have another court date on June 8th this year, for the parking attendant incident during last summer's Give Me Ed... Til I'm Dead tour. Strange, shouldn't they have sorted it all out the last three times?If you're unfamiliar with the incident, go here

This is actually fairly typical. Efficiency is not a characteristic of the US court system.
A court continuence date to set another contiunece date.Totallt typical of the court system.I once had a case pending here (i live in the states)and it was continued 3 times.What the F*ck.Like i got nothing better to do than miss a day of work to sit in a courtroom to get my case called before the judge just so they could set another contiuence date.AAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH I'm getting a flashback right now!!Help me! ![cussing[1].gif](style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cussing[1].gif)
