The Trooper Disappears in Northern Ireland

Posted by The Saint on March 6, 2004 @ 18:12

"A loyalist mural which scared children who walked past it every day to their school has been changed to a "cultural" design.

The wall outside Eden Primary School, Carrickfergus, previously sported a picture of a zombie carrying a UFF flag and stepping over IRA graves, based on an album sleeve by heavy metal band Iron Maiden.

The image has been replaced by a picture of Carrickfergus Castle, framed by the emblems of the UDA and Ulster Young Militants."
