A Live DVD and CD for All the Future Tours

on August 5, 2005 @ 16:56

The latest edition of the UK Metal Hammer (dated September 2005) has a big feature of 9 pages on Maiden, with Steve Harris featuring on the cover of the magazine.

Air Bruce, the plane chartered for fans going to the Iceland gig, is well covered. Of interest, an interview of Bruce has him revealing:

People want a great souvenir, and from now on you should expect a live DVD and double album after every tour, there will be a new Maidne studio album out next year. So you can wait for that if you want to; nobody is forcing you to buy the live DVD

Thanks to Bruce_Bruce and oozily

Looks like Kevin has a job for many years to come biggrin.gif

For this tour, it should be the Ullevi show.

Cheers

For me:
the TV version is great - no need to give it into Steve-Clipping-Harris'
hands...

Please!

who cares about live cd:s and dvd:s make new studio albums instead... who needs notb, run to the hills and the trooper re:realeses.. 20 years of sell offs.. i was at the ullevi show, and it wasent anything i exepted.. for months they talked about the biggest maiden gig ever, and they didint give us anything special.. no extranumbers but the usual planned ones.. and thats a bit lame i think? but neverthenless the best band ind the world, just a shame they rip us fans with liveshit and reprinted stuff instead of something new or intresting...

This really doesn't come as any suprise, but I'm pleased about the live DVDs - the more of these the better.

The article also said although relations between Bruce and Steve had improved they still refused to be interviewed together.
