Bruce and Nicko on Stage Together
As hinted by Maidenfans, Bruce made an appearance at the 2005 Guitar London Show last week-end.
Nicko was on stage with Phil Hilbourne (guitar), Andy Frost (bass guitar) and Geoff Whitehorn (Guitar).
Unlike last year where he did only sing his cover of 'All the Young Dudes', Bruce did sing a Maiden tune: 'Run to the Hills' ! He also did his Mott The Hoople cover again, plus 'Burn' from 'Deep Purple'. Prior to this, the band did 'The Immigrant Song', some Satriani Instrumental and 'Help The Poor'
Here's the entry in Phil Hilbourne's diary:
*We had a great time playing at the show - It was a real treat to have Andy Frost back again and also to be able to work with Bruce Dickenson again.
Here's what the promoters said about the weekend - "The highlight of the show has to be Bruce Dickinson getting up on stage with Phil Hilborne and Nicko McBrain to do 'Run to the Hills' with all 3500 seats in the Grand Hall filled. And once again the Hamsters playing a blistering R&B set with Slim and the boys confirming their position as one of the best live acts in the UK.." Clive Morton - Organiser - MB Media Ltd Publishers of the UK's No. 1 Guitar Gear Magazine - Guitar Buyer
p.s. We will be playing there again next Year: 6th & 7th May 2006! *
Edison the Ed has made some pictures of the show. One is attached, more to come (you can see last year's pics in here) !

'Bring Your Daughter...' was written single-handedly by Dickinson for *Nightmare On Elm Street 5* and ended up on a Maiden album because Steve asked him.
No Maiden stuff there...

You forgot to put "Time... to die" at the end of your sig!
All the Young Dudes
Burn (deep purple)
Run to the hills.
I even have a recording of All the young dudes.
Let's forget about 'Bring...' for the moment. I'll ask Phil if it was really sung or not.
Cheers
Good quality?

If you want I can link you the "report" that my friend did on the IMBB.
It has pics of Bruce and Nicko on stage, with bruce reading lyrics, he told that Bruce sang All the young dudes, then Burn and then Run to the hills. He told that Bruce was in great shape.
I have pics as well and an mp3 of phil introducting Bruce on stage and then of Bruce performing All the young dudes (although is almost unlistonable after the intro)

Phil will be uploading some pics, but if you have others, I'd be interested. MP3 of the song too !!!
Thanks.
Cheers
unfortunatel awful quality, apart from the intro when you can understand something. You can hear phil introducing Bruce and then the first part of the song well. If you want the mp3 I can send it to you, just contact me on IMBB (My nick there is irontrooper83)
