Bruce Says New Solo Album to be Released in April
As Bruce and Val were discussing new releases to hit the shelves in 2005 on the January 1st Dickinson's BBC 6Music rock show, Bruce interrupted his co-host by saying "don't forget mine" and hinted that his new solo album might be released as early as April this year.
You can listen to the show at the BBC's website. Bruce speaks about his new album about 1 hour 45 minutes into the show.
This confirms an earlier Maidenfans report. No release date is announced for his solo DVD, even if Bruce had hinted for a January 2005 release, a date possibly in jeopardy now.
On a funny side, you can hear Bruce poking fun at the 'MTV Headbangers Ball Volume 2' CDs when he announces that you can win them through his show. Seems Bruce isn't a big fan of Axl Rose (in need of auto cues) and Bucket Head (looking ridiculous) either.

I've been waiting for a new Bruce solo album since the release of that masterpiece that is "The chemical wedding" (IMHO one of the best things Bruce has ever done, Maiden classics included).
Cheers

At a sidenote, some time ago there was a Bruce Dickinson album named "Catacombs" listed for a January 2005 release on many sites. Anyone seen something about it, or was it just a rumour?
