To be honest ....
for me is very weird to listen Maiden`s song a different way.......
I did not like it.......
Well, not everyone is gifted with open-mindedness...
wow thats a pretty diverse list of musicians! Simon & Garfunkel? Really? Ill have to check it out.
so which songs will they cover, the entire POM album or what ?! would be cool though, my 2nd favourite album !
but also don't really enjoy listening to those tribute bands, only got 1 tribute cd and never listen to it actually
A Maiden cover by Pink Floyd ? Where ? When ?
Anyway...
Wasn't totally convinced with the first samples back when I heard them first (except for '22 Acacia Avenue'), but the two new sound samples are very nice. I particulary love 'Blood on the World's Hands'. Very nice rendition !
Kudos for the creativity.
Cheers
So is it actually Simon and Garfunkel or is it "in the style of" Simon & Garfunkel?
If Pink Floyd and Maiden were once united for whateve (a song, a live gig,...), it would certainly mean the end of my life as a simple mortal.
It will never happen and it's better this way.
Cheers
this was cool!
This album is amazing. Some covers are better than others, but overall is worth buying and really enjoyable.
I have posted a fairly extensive review of the album on the Commentary, as well as an interview of the authors. Enjoy!

Nice. Henrik is a really nice guy and this album proves that he's also a mad musical genius (as is also Matthias).
The mix of 'Be quick or be dead' with Bruce's 'Back from the edge' is amazing, but most of the album is great.
