Lucky me, im from sweden so i understand Norwegian very good.

I don't think that the competition is for people outside of Norway.
Well they didnt say that so.....
And if it wasnt why would maidenfans put up a link to the norwegian dagbladet magazine?
We run news all around the world. It was impossible to check if the competition was limited to Norway-residents or not, though.
