[SPOILER] Halfin Shoots Maiden in Germany

on June 7, 2005 @ 13:35

It seems Ross Halfin, the legendary rock photographer, is back to shoot Maiden once more on this tour. He was in Germany for the Nurburgring gig:

Time to go and hang out with the Maiden, the real reason I'm here. The weather is now getting WORSE, and I'm not joking. They go on at 10pm and play most of the first four albums. These are the most miserable conditions I've ever shot in. All the pyro is being blown off stage along with the sound, smoke and the bands hair (what there is of it)... Still, they are great. 'WHERE EAGLES DARE'... The audience loved it.

Update (June 9):
Ross Halfin added some great pictures: check them here !

I saw them taking photos at the end of the show - not at all surprised that it was Ross doing it.
