Iron Maiden to Play in Australia!
Metal gods Iron Maiden will play in Melbourne in February. The British band will be at Rod Laver Arena on February 6 as part of its first Australian tour in 15 years.Singer Bruce Dickinson, now a licensed pilot, will fly the band to Australia. The group is customising a Boeing 757 to fit 60 band and crew and its trademark enormous stage show as part of their 2008 world tour. Dickinson is a full-time pilot for Astraeus airlines.
"Most of my holidays are planned around going on tour with Iron Maiden," Dickinson said yesterday.
