Interview with Bruce Dickinson
"We've never been as big as we are now", says Dickinson, "it's quite amazing."Maiden, with more than 70 million record sales under their belts so far, show no sign of slowing down. The Somewhere Back In Time tour, as the name suggests, was a greatest hits show focusing on their eighties output.
Bruce said: "Most of the new audience probably got into the band around eight or nine years ago. A kid who was 14 when he bought that album is now 22 or 23. So he's bought the last three albums and then discovered the legacy records, which he's never heard us play live. So this show for him is amazing.
